When we say ‘I will be an upstander against discrimination’, what that means is that we will treat people fairly regardless of their race, religion, gender, sexuality or disability, among other protected characteristics. At Trinity, we believe that every person in our school community deserves to feel safe, happy and like they belong and not be treated unfairly or unkindly because of their identity.
